Submit a bid against seeded inventory, then generate a stub credit score so the optimizer can evaluate the tenant in the dashboard.

Inventory is loaded from the compute service. Tenant ID can come from onboarding.

  • Select seeded inventory from Cloud SQL.
  • Submitting also generates a stub score for optimizer runs.
